One of the Finalists in the 2016-17 Arkansas Young Playwrights Competition has dropped out of the Competition, opening up a Finalist slot for the first play on the Alternates' List.
The new Finalist is Charles Moton of Maumelle High School for his play, "Fire and Ice". Congratulations, Charles!
